Les (of Shirlaws) is running one of 5 subjects for this Thursday’s Master Class. You choose the subject. Most popular theme runs.
- Functionality – Have you got the right people doing the right things?
- Capability – Define and measure required skills in your business
- Innovation – How, why and when to innovate your product or service
- Succession – Creating career paths and exit strategies
- Channels – Getting new channels to market and improving existing ones
There has also been some noise around positioning a business properly. Les could do some work on this subject if it proves popular.

Price: It is chargeable but simply pay what you want & think is fair. Anything between £50 and £300 is fine.
